Immutable backups no one can quietly delete
Set a retention period and every upload becomes immutable until it ends — it can't be changed or deleted. The only way to delete early is a request from an authorised team member, approved by two different administrators; no one can approve their own request. If the lock can't be applied, the upload fails rather than being stored unprotected.

Each download link is recorded against the person who requested it, with the file and the time. If the record can't be written, the link isn't issued. There is no file preview — viewing a file means downloading it — so reading a file in DataFrugal always leaves a record. Sign-ins and role changes are recorded too.

Only a file's owner can share it, only with people in your organisation, and recipients can't pass it on. Every share is recorded. Restrict storage access to approved IP addresses, so a forwarded download link won't work outside your network.
